Hi, I’m Paisley, the editor behind Perfectly Write, and I can’t wait to work with you!
After graduating with a degree in publishing, winning an award for demonstrating promise in the field of editing, and completing internships with Penguin Random House Canada, Dundurn Press, and Wattpad Books, I launched my freelance editing business, Perfectly Write.
Since 2020, I have edited many romance novels, including the original indie versions of the #1 New York Times bestseller Icebreaker by Hannah Grace, Becka Mack’s bestselling Playing for Keeps series, Truly, Madly, Deeply by the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Washington Post, and #1 Amazon bestselling author L.J. Shen, the final two books in Lulu Moore’s New York Lions series, and the international Amazon bestseller Nightshade by Autumn Woods, among many others. I also work with Wattpad Books as their freelance proofreader.
I am passionate about what I do and committed to building strong working relationships with authors and publishing professionals. My success as an editor derives from my precision, efficiency, and dedication to every project I take on.
